FERPA Law and Confidentiality rights

All IVC Dual Enrollment students, regardless if the student is under the age of 18, also have rights to FERPA and Confidentiality Guidelines.
Please refer to our Privacy Act guidelines: FERPA (Privacy Act)
To be able to be granted access to your student鈥檚 Academic Records, the student must submit a Student Information Release Authorization below:
